Algorithms Developer

We are looking for an Algorithms Developer to join the CTO Office and develop and evaluate new AI and algorithmic capabilities as part of early-stage R&D. The role combines hands-on algorithm development, rapid prototyping, and technical evaluation, from exploring new ideas and testing solutions to defining requirements for further development. Projects span areas such as image processing, computer vision, edge AI, LLM-based applications, and emerging technologies.

Requirements: • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in algorithms, AI, computer vision, or image processing. • Strong programming and algorithm development skills. • Experience with computer vision, image processing, machine learning, or deep learning. • Ability to independently develop, test, and integrate algorithmic prototypes. • Ability to translate high-level needs into algorithmic and computing requirements. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in loosely defined technical environments.
