Analog Hardware Engineer 240689

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analog Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team and lead advanced development in the field of ultrasonic systems.

This role involves responsibility for hardware calibration processes and quality control, supporting manufacturing, resolving complex engineering challenges, and leading the development of next-generation ultrasonic hardware in collaboration with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and approval of ultrasonic hardware calibration and verification procedures

• Develop and oversee calibration processes and quality control procedures for hardware products

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing, calibration, and repair of analog and digital electronic systems

• Manage and monitor subcontractors and technical collaborations for development and production

• Drive the development of next-generation ultrasonic hardware, ensuring high design quality, manufacturability, and compliance with standards

• Investigate and resolve hardware issues, including EMI noise, end-of-life (EOL) components, and field failures

• Perform reverse engineering tasks as required

• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting when needed

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in high-frequency analog electronics development

• Proven experience in developing and overseeing calibration procedures and quality control processes – mandatory

• Advantage: experience with ultrasonic systems (medical or non-destructive testing)

• Solid understanding of digital electronics

• Experience working with subcontractors in development and manufacturing

• Experience with EMI troubleshooting, calibration methodologies, and hardware lifecycle management – an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 10–20%)

• Good English skills, both written and spoken
