Android Developer | Kotlin, Java & Flutter | Leading Healthcare Organization

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join its Mobile Development team and build digital products used by a large user base.

We're looking for a developer with a strong Native Android background, hands-on expertise in Kotlin and Java, and practical experience developing with Flutter.

What You'll Do

• Build new features for Android applications

• Develop native Android solutions using Kotlin and Java

• Develop and maintain features using Flutter

• Improve existing functionality, application performance, and user experience

• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code

• Write Unit Tests and contribute to overall code quality

• Work with Git and modern development practices

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams

• Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate and improve development workflows

• Contribute to technical discussions and application architecture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Mobile Development experience – required

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin and Java – required

• 1+ year of hands-on Flutter experience – required

• Strong understanding of Android and mobile application architecture

• Experience writing Unit Tests

• Experience working with Git

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with AI-powered development tools – an advantage
