Antenna Development Engineer

We are looking for an Antenna Development Engineer to join the Engineering & Systems Factory at ELTA Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The position includes:

• Developing various types of antennas and radomes, leading the complete R&D lifecycle from receiving system requirements through product delivery to the customer

• Performing preliminary and advanced antenna and radome design

• Analyzing antenna performance when installed on different platforms and evaluating the impact of environmental conditions on antenna performance

• Understanding customer needs and providing technical support throughout the development process and after product delivery

• Working with industry-standard design and analysis tools, including CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, and TICRA

• Managing development activities and ensuring compliance with project milestones, including design reviews and deliveries according to work plans

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics – Mandatory

• Specialization in electromagnetic wave propagation / electromagnetics (EM) – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in antenna development – Mandatory

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in wave propagation or antenna-related fields – Advantage

• Good command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing
