Antenna Engineer

The Airborne Systems Plant within ELTA Systems is looking for a Antenna Engineer for the Space Directorate.

The Role Includes

• Leading the design and development of space antennas.

• Participating in engineering and design processes from the initial design phase through production.

• Developing antennas for a variety of space projects.

• Defining requirements for systems and subsystems.

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.

What We’re Looking For

• M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics – mandatory.

• 10+ years of experience in antenna development, including phased-array antennas – mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience in RF.

• Strong leadership and team engagement capabilities.

• High-level English proficiency.
