The role includes implementing, configuring, managing, and optimizing APM solutions, identifying performance issues in real time, performing Root Cause Analysis, and improving system stability and user experience

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize APM monitoring solutions

Work with AppDynamics, Business Transactions, Metrics, Alerts, and Dashboards

Identify performance issues and perform Root Cause Analysis

Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Information Security teams

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in application or infrastructure monitoring

Hands-on experience with AppDynamics or another APM tool

Experience working with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams

Strong requirements analysis and specification skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple organizational interfaces
