Application Integration Specialist | Production & Integration | Financial Organization | Central Israel

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Application Integration Specialist to lead production deployments, application integrations, and complex troubleshooting processes across enterprise systems.

The role sits at the intersection of Development, Infrastructure, and Production, with end-to-end responsibility for investigating application issues, analyzing logs, coordinating integrations, and driving solutions through successful Production deployment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage application deployments to Production

• Drive integrations across multiple enterprise systems and applications

• Own application incident investigation from initial analysis through resolution and implementation

• Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Work extensively with Oracle SQL for investigation, analysis, and operational processes

• Develop scripts and automation using JavaScript and PowerShell

• Coordinate between Development, Infrastructure, and business teams

• Monitor cross-functional processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational workflows

• Use AI tools to streamline processes and build Dashboards

• Support Deployment and Production processes end-to-end

Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience in Oracle environments – required

• 3+ years of scripting experience, including JavaScript and PowerShell – required

• 3+ years of experience in a technology role such as Software Development, Systems Analysis, or Technical Project Management – required

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI tools, with an emphasis on Dashboard development – required

• Strong application log analysis and troubleshooting capabilities

• Strong analytical skills and a system-level technical perspective

• Experience with Claude Code – a strong advantage

• Experience with AWS, including deployment, error analysis, and Production support – an advantage

• Experience with Postman and Elastic – an advantage

• Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI – an advantage

• Experience with automation and CI/CD tools, particularly Nolio and Jenkins – an advantage

• Linux experience – an advantage

• Familiarity with .NET and Angular – an advantage

• Strong self-learning capabilities and ability to drive multiple technical stakeholders
