Job Description:

• Responsibility for the organization's application systems, including satellite systems, SaaS solutions, portals, and the BI environment, including incident management, version upgrades, and availability.

• Leading technology projects from requirements analysis and specification through go-live.

• System upgrades – planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Working independently with vendors and technical stakeholders, including evaluating alternatives, managing selection processes, and monitoring execution.

• Designing interfaces and integrations between systems.

• Ongoing collaboration with Infrastructure, DBA, and Information Security teams.

• Providing technological support and guidance for projects led by other teams within the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience in enterprise application environments, including systems analysis, implementation, or information systems management.

• In-depth technological knowledge of integrations and interfaces, databases, SaaS and On-Premises environments.

• Experience leading end-to-end technology projects, including system upgrades.

• Experience working with vendors.

• Familiarity with BI environments.

• Ability to work in a matrix environment with professional stakeholders without direct managerial authority.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI – an advantage.

• Experience working with Cloud environments – an advantage.

• Familiarity with infrastructure, monitoring, and availability environments – an advantage.

• Experience working in a multi-company organization – an advantage.
