About the Job What the Role Includes:

We are looking for a Mission Aircraft Systems Architect – AEW to join the Airborne Systems Plant at ELTA Systems.

This is a cross-project, multidisciplinary role at the heart of advanced development activities, combining hardware, software and AI in complex airborne mission systems.

What the Role Includes:

• Leading and synchronizing hardware, software and AI development activities across projects and R&D initiatives.

• Synchronizing work plans and development efforts across multiple projects within the division.

• Providing engineering support for the division’s marketing activities.

• Writing technical proposals and leading engineering aspects of pricing processes.

• Developing engineering content for marketing presentations and customer-facing materials.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience working with complex systems – mandatory.

• Proven experience leading R&D activities – mandatory.

• Experience in requirements definition and writing system specifications – an advantage.

• Experience in developing, leading or supporting the development of radar systems – an advantage.

• Experience managing and leading development processes – an advantage.

• Deep knowledge of AI.
