Architecture Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an Architecture Manager!

An opportunity to lead the Architecture & Technology department and drive architecture governance across the organization, including ARB, ADR methodology, standards, reference architectures, professional management of architects and vendors, technology selection, and the design of complex On-Premises systems. The role also includes integrating AI platforms and intelligent agents.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience leading technological and infrastructure processes across Cloud and On-Premises environments, including at least 5 years of Cloud Architecture leadership (AWS / GCP) and 5 years of managing technology teams or departments

• Proven experience working in large organizations (1,000+ employees) operating under government regulation

• Proven experience leading architecture governance processes, including ARB and ADR, writing high-level HLD documents and presenting them to senior management, as well as writing specifications for tenders and RFP processes

• Experience designing architectures for AI tools and intelligent agents, API Management (Apigee / F5), migration processes, information security and privacy, FinOps, and Landing Zones

• Significant advantage for experience with the government cloud environment (Nimbus), knowledge of the healthcare domain (FHIR/HL7), and certifications such as TOGAF or AWS/GCP Professional Architect
