Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an AI Engineer you'll build the agents at the core of our product, combining frontier models with solid engineering to reason about real codebases. You'll be part of a team changing how developers review, fix and ship code.

What you'll do: • Build and own AI agents that read, investigate and reason about code, from planning a change to catching what went wrong in production.

• Design multi-agent systems: how agents explore a codebase, which tools they get, and how they verify a conclusion before acting on it.

• Own the quality of an agent's outcomes, and build the benchmarks and evaluation that measure it.

• Connect agents to the systems developers already work in: source control, ticketing, design and observability tools.

• Build and run the distributed services behind all of it. Queues, cloud infrastructure at production scale.

• Stay up-to-date with advances in AI and agent engineering, and apply what's relevant to our platform.

Qualifications: • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a leading university.

• 3+ years as a backend engineer, with strong command of a high-level programming language.

• Solid backend fundamentals: distributed services and queues, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• A research background in NLP, machine learning or AI, either from an industry research group or from graduate studies.

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems and shipping them to production at large scale.

• Working knowledge of current agent development frameworks and the ecosystem around them.

• Familiarity with how software teams work day to day, including code review, CI and developer tooling, is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort working on problems with no known answer.

• Strong communication abilities and aptitude for collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
