Job Description:

• Analyze and document new user requirements, as well as changes and enhancements to existing information systems.

• Implement changes and enhancements to information systems, with the support of dedicated developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in information systems, with the assistance of dedicated developers when required.

• Manage the scope, timelines, and costs of system changes and enhancements.

• Handle all activities related to information systems management, including coordinating interfaces between systems, coordinating installations, liaising with infrastructure and information security teams, coordinating with testing teams, guiding developers, and communicating with customers.

• Perform all required activities within the information systems during organizational infrastructure changes, with the support of dedicated developers.

• Prepare documents and presentations at various levels and present them to IT Division and user forums.

• Work with administrative information systems used by the IT Division.

• Work in accordance with the organization's IT Division procedures and policies.

• The position is hybrid.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic/professional education, including a recognized Systems Analysis course.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in AS400 information systems analysis within the past 10 years.

• At least 4 years of professional experience managing and coordinating AS400 developers within the past 10 years.

• Proven expertise and experience in analyzing complex, large-scale AS400 systems.

• Strong end-to-end systems perspective and proven experience in implementing large-scale systems, including integration of systems across diverse environments.

• Familiarity with RPG programming language in an AS400 environment, version 3 or higher.

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.

• High-level proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
