A leading technology organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced AS400 Systems Analyst & Manager for a key role combining complex Systems Analysis, professional leadership, and responsibility for business critical Information Systems.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and define complex Information Systems in an AS400 environment

• Professionally lead and coordinate AS400 developers

• Support processes from business requirements and system analysis through implementation

• Work with systems supporting business, organizational, and HR processes

• Translate business needs into effective system and technology solutions

• Collaborate with multiple business and technology stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of proven AS400 Systems Analysis experience within the last 10 years, required

• 4+ years of experience managing or professionally leading AS400 developers within the last 10 years, required

• Proven experience analyzing large scale and complex AS400 systems, required

• Relevant academic or technical education and professional experience according to the position requirements
