Assets Manager

The Asset Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the company's power plants following the completion of the construction phase. The primary objective of the role is to ensure that electricity generation targets are achieved through operational optimization, engineering oversight, and effective cost management. The position combines engineering, managerial, and commercial responsibilities, requiring the ability to work independently while leading and coordinating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline), Industrial Engineering and Management, Project Management, Economics, or Law – required . • 3–5 years of experience in project management and asset operations – required . • Proven experience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, or energy storage) – a significant advantage . • Strong engineering aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical systems. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, oversee contractors, and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel – required ; experience with SAP – an advantage . • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) – required ; proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian – an advantage . • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
