Associate Program Manager - Unmanned Systems

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the execution of complex, multidisciplinary programs in autonomous aerial systems and counter-drone technologies. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this role combines hands-on project coordination with direct ownership of defined workstreams and cross-functional deliverables from initiation to completion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive, high-potential individual to manage high-tempo project execution, remove operational bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional delivery under demanding schedules. Prior project management experience is not required: strong candidates may come from technical, operational, integration, supply chain, procurement, or support backgrounds and be ready to step into program management under experienced guidance.

Advantages: • Defence Sector Experience: Prior experience in the defence industry or direct interface with the IDF, Ministry of Defence (IMOD) or DDR&D (Mafat). • UAS & Defence Technologies: Familiarity with unmanned aerial systems (UAS/drones), counter-drone technologies, robotics, or tactical systems. • Hands-on Operational/Technical Background: Experience in system integration, field operations, procurement, supply chain, or technical support. • Education & Training: Relevant academic degree (Engineering, Management) or formal project management coursework
