Associate Web Developer

Bavarian Capital is expanding its technical capabilities to support a new engagement where our partner is a technology group. We are bringing on an Associate Web Developer to assist in maintaining and improving the digital interfaces that connect our investment analysis tools with external systems. This role is fundamental to ensuring our digital presence remains stable and reliable as we grow.

About the role In this position, you will work alongside our development and investment teams to manage front-end and back-end updates. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating through clear documentation and scheduled check-ins rather than constant meetings. What you will do • Maintain existing website components to ensure they meet modern web standards and security protocols.

• Write clean, readable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement design updates across our platforms.

• Collaborate with the technology group partner to integrate new data feeds into our internal portals.

• Perform regular testing to identify and resolve bugs or layout issues across different browsers.

• Document code changes and technical procedures to maintain a clear history of system updates.

• Assist in the optimization of site performance to ensure fast loading times for our global team.

• Support the rollout of new features by preparing staging environments and conducting initial quality checks.

• Update content and design elements as requested by the investment and communications teams.
