Attorney - Technology, Digital & AI

A leading financial organization is looking for an outstanding Attorney to join its legal team and take part in cutting-edge work at the heart of its technology, digital and AI activities.

About the Role

• Provide ongoing legal counsel on technology, digital and AI projects

• Draft, review and negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, AI, software licensing, cloud and technology procurement agreements

• Advise on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, AI, cloud computing and emerging technologies

• Work closely with IT, Cyber, Product, Regulatory and other key business functions

• Provide practical legal guidance on technology-related risks and regulatory requirements

• Draft legal opinions, policies, procedures, position papers and internal guidelines

• Support innovative technology initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from development and procurement to implementation

Requirements

• Qualified Attorney – mandatory

• Experience in technology law, SaaS, IT, privacy or a related field

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements

• Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI

• Excellent English, both written and spoken

• Strong commercial and business understanding

• Ability to work independently in a complex and dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
