A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Automation Developer to build advanced automation solutions for Web and Mobile environments and take an active role in shaping automation frameworks and testing processes.

This is a hands on development role with the opportunity to take technical ownership and influence automation across the project.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain complex automation solutions

• Design and build scalable Automation Frameworks

• Develop with Python or C# using Playwright and Selenium

• Build Mobile automation using Appium for iOS and Android

• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Design and execute automated testing processes

• Provide professional guidance to developers and contribute to technical decisions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands on Automation Development experience, required

• 2+ years of development experience with Python or C#, required

• 1+ year of experience with Playwright and/or Selenium, required

• Experience with Git and CI/CD, including Azure DevOps or similar tools

• Experience with Appium for iOS and Android

• Experience designing and developing Automation Frameworks

Nice to have: Experience building Web and Mobile automation infrastructure and using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar.

Education: Relevant academic or technological education, professional training, or relevant experience from a military technology unit, according to the position requirements.
