Automation Engineer

AITAN builds a multi-drone control platform for safe operations, clear situational awareness, and real-time decision support in dynamic, high-risk environments. What you’ll do • Build and lead the automation domain as the first Automation Engineer at eyesAtop • Design and implement automation infrastructure and test frameworks for our multi-drone platform • Work closely with Product, drone operators and R&D to identify critical user flows and testing needs • Develop automated tests for complex software-hardware integrations • Integrate with existing simulators and create reliable testing environments without requiring physical drone flights • Drive automation strategy, tooling decisions and testing best practices across the company

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Automation, Integration, QA Automation or a related field • Experience building automation infrastructure and frameworks from scratch • Experience testing hardware-software integrated systems • Familiarity with Java • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives end-to-end Nice to Have • Experience as a technical lead or sole automation engineer • Experience with drones, robotics, simulators, or real-time systems • Experience with CI/CD and automated testing pipelines
