for our web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you will balance leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Lead & Mentor: Guide, mentor, and inspire a talented team of automation engineers.

Strategy & Architecture: Design, build, and scale robust automation solutions for web and mobile systems.

Hands-on Development: Actively participate in developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests.

Project Delivery: Take ownership of time management, project planning, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on quality goals.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: Experience leading a development or automation team.

Domain Expertise: Proven track record in automation testing for both Web and Mobile platforms.

Core Tech Stack: At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with Java, Selenium, and Appium.

Soft Skills: High-level time management, independence, and a strong team-player mindset.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both internal and external).

✨ Advantage / Nice to Have:

Experience with testing frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Experience developing and running Docker Containers.

Proficiency with source control systems like Git.
