Avionics Systems Engineer | Leading Defense Organization | Shfela Area

A leading defense organization in the Shfela area is looking for an Avionics Systems Engineer to take part in the development of complex, multidisciplinary systems.

The role covers systems engineering activities throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements definition and system design to multidisciplinary integration, system testing, and design verification.

What You'll Do

• Define, develop, and manage requirements for avionics systems

• Perform system-level design for multidisciplinary systems

• Plan and execute system integration and testing activities

• Write and maintain system requirements and technical specifications

• Develop and maintain ICDs (Interface Control Documents)

• Prepare system design and integration documentation

• Perform design verification and system-level testing

• Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines

• Participate in technical design reviews throughout the development lifecycle

• Provide technical leadership for system-level engineering activities

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required

• 3+ years of experience as an Avionics Systems Engineer or Multidisciplinary Systems Engineer within complex multidisciplinary projects – required

• Hands-on experience with system integration and/or design verification testing – required

• Strong systems-level thinking and analytical capabilities

• Technical leadership capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines

Advantages

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering

• Additional 2–3 years of Software or Hardware Development experience

• Experience with airborne systems

• Valid security clearance
