המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןabra's Operations division is seeking an AWS Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team in Raanana . We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end management of onboarding and offboarding processes for customers. • Managing AWS Payee Central and handling billing operations with the payer. • Processing and tracking monthly billing for all customers. • Maintaining compliance and PLES (Partner Led ENT Support) records. • Coordinating SOW delivery logistics and contract management. • Providing operational support to customers and internal support (helpdesk).
Requirements: Must have: • At least 3 years of experience in AWS operational management and MSP processes. • Experience working with: AWS, Salesforce, Monday. • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS). • Experience working with Salesforce. • Experience working with Monday. • Approximately 3 years of experience in operations roles. • High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking. • High level of independent work ability. • Text analysis skills. Nice to have: • Ability to work with AI tools.
