Head of Data Delivery | BI & Data

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Head of Data Delivery to lead its BI & Data organization.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing multiple development teams and team leaders, driving enterprise-wide Data initiatives, and delivering innovative BI, DWH, Data Integration, and AI solutions that support the organization's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multiple BI & Data development teams through team leaders.

Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise BI, DWH, and analytical data solutions.

Lead large-scale cross-functional technology projects from planning through production.

Define and drive Data architecture, integration, and enterprise data solutions.

Manage work plans, budgets, resources, and delivery priorities.

Partner closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Drive innovation by implementing advanced Data and AI technologies across the organization.

Develop managers and technical leaders while fostering a high-performing organization.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in BI, Data, DWH, and Enterprise Data Solutions.

At least 5 years of experience managing development teams and managers in a matrix environment.

Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology and Data initiatives.

Strong understanding of Data Architecture, ETL,Data Integration,Analytics,and DWH.

Experience managing work plans, budgets, resources, and strategic priorities.

Strong leadership skills with experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience in large complex organizations - a significant advantage.
