Junior Business Systems Specialist

Psition Overview

Benatav, a leading company in the medical device industry, is looking for a Junior Business Systems Specialist to join its Information Systems team.

This role combines the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the organization's business systems with end-user technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting business systems, troubleshooting issues, performing testing for new developments, and participating in technology projects that support the organization's business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, operate, and maintain business systems, including Priority ERP, MES, EPDM, Monday.com, and other enterprise applications.

• Provide technical support for business applications, Windows workstations, peripheral devices, and Microsoft 365.

• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and business system issues and provide effective solutions.

• Participate in system implementation projects, version upgrades, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Perform testing for new developments, system upgrades, and changes before deployment to the production environment.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics departments.

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deliver end-user training when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Information Systems, Business Systems Implementation, or a similar role.

• Experience providing end-user support for business systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
