Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Planning & Control Team Lead to join a leading organization in Central Israel

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive planning and governance across the Information Systems division lead a professional team and optimize enterprise planning and performance processes

Responsibilities

Lead the Planning and Control function for the Information Systems division

Manage annual and monthly work plans priorities and cross functional coordination

Lead a professional team and drive continuous process improvement

Monitor performance analyze data and prepare executive dashboards and reports

Implement and optimize PPM and planning management tools

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in PMO planning and control or work plan management

At least 3 years of experience managing professional teams

Experience implementing PPM tools and enterprise planning and performance management systems

Strong analytical skills with experience building KPIs and management reports

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Information Systems Business Administration or a related field
