המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic Bookkeeper with deep operational understanding for a leading team!
The role combines ongoing bookkeeping alongside task management, working with multiple interfaces, and providing service to channel managers and field agents.
Responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for bookkeeping across company marketing channels.
• Ongoing work with StoreNext (billing, opening new customer accounts).
• Account reconciliations, receiving payments (checks / bank transfers).
• Managing and updating customer files, price lists, and bi-weekly data.
• Managing monthly promotions and handling varied tasks.
• Direct collaboration with distribution, accounts managers, channel managers, and sales agents.
Requirements:
• Bookkeeping Certification (Type 2 / סוג 2) Mandatory
• Previous experience in bookkeeping – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience working with retail marketing chains Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency in Priority software and StoreNext Mandatory
• Strong Office skills (emphasis on Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time independently, and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
