Our team partners with one of the world's most innovative technology companies to deliver large-scale AI and enterprise transformation initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in Yokneam, requiring three days a week on-site, with regular collaboration with global teams, including occasional evening meetings.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join a growing team driving complex, business-critical programs at the intersection of AI, Enterprise Systems, and Supply Chain.

• This role is about driving execution in an environment where priorities change fast and expectations are high.

• You'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT, Security, and Supply Chain teams to turn business needs into delivered solutions.

• You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, aligning stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and making sure the right work gets done at the right time.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise initiatives

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and business impact

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Supply Chain, and business functions

• Remove roadblocks and drive execution across multiple workstreams

• Help teams prioritize work and stay focused on the highest business impact

• Communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Keep projects moving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or enterprise programs

• Experience working in large enterprise environments

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ERP systems, or similar enterprise applications

• Working knowledge of AI concepts and terminology. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be comfortable discussing AI-related solutions with technical teams

• Supply Chain experience is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects without direct authority

• Strong prioritization, execution, and decision-making skills

• Fluent in both English and Hebrew
