Stark Affiliates is growing, and we're looking for a Finance & Billing Team Lead to join our team in Tel Aviv.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys combining operational finance, process ownership, data accuracy, and people management.

What you'll do:

• Lead our Finance & Billing team in Israel and support global finance teams.

• Own day-to-day financial operations and ensure data accuracy.

• Improve internal processes and reporting.

• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Build and scale finance operations as the company grows.

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Experience managing a finance or billing team.

✔ Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.

✔ Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.

✔ Excellent attention to detail.

✔ Fluent Hebrew and English.
