Configuration Manager

We are looking for

A Configuration Manager for our Aerospace division site in Haifa, for a key role in the test equipment domain. You will take full ownership of configuration management in engineering projects, lead change processes, work across multiple interfaces, and implement new methodologies. In this role you will

Manage end-to-end configuration in engineering projects within the test equipment domain

Own engineering change management, product structures (BOM) and engineering documentation

Develop, implement and continuously improve configuration management processes in accordance with international standards

Work closely with engineering, development, quality, operations and manufacturing departments

Provide professional support to documentation teams

Collaborate with subsidiary companies abroad for configuration and documentation synchronization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Practical Engineering diploma

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - advantage

At least 3 years of experience in configuration management within engineering projects

In-depth knowledge of PLM systems and configuration management tools

Experience in change management, product structures, engineering documentation and configuration control

Proficiency in international configuration management standards - advantage

High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English

Ability to work across multiple interfaces, lead cross-organizational processes and provide professional guidance
