Red Team Specialist | Central Israel | Full-Time

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Red Team Specialist to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead end-to-end Red Team exercises across internal and external environments

Conduct Adversary Emulation activities based on real-world threat actor tactics techniques and procedures

Perform advanced penetration testing across infrastructure cloud environments and applications

Evaluate the effectiveness of EDR and XDR security controls

Collaborate closely with SOC Incident Response and Blue Team teams to strengthen the organization's security posture

Work with Red Team Active Directory Windows Linux Azure Entra ID PowerShell Python and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in Offensive Security

Proven experience conducting Red Team operations in complex environments

Strong expertise in Active Directory attacks and Windows and Linux environments

Hands-on experience with Azure and Entra ID

Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Python

In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
