Position Overview-

• Software Engineering Team Lead taking direct professional and personnel management responsibility over an organic squad of skilled developers.

• Spearheading the development of high-throughput, low-latency microservices engineered to ingest, store, and process massive volumes of real-time event telemetry.

• Directing the architecture, scale, and deployment of backend components running within highly distributed Linux environments.

• Driving DevOps and cloud infrastructure excellence, leveraging AWS cloud services and orchestrating complex production workloads using Kubernetes.

• Partnering closely with Product Management, Core Architecture, and Data engineering teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end (E2E) feature delivery and exceptional system stability.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of proven experience in direct people management / team leadership within a software engineering environment – Mandatory

• Deep technical command and hands-on experience developing software natively over Linux operating systems – Mandatory

• Extensive production-grade experience building and architecting scalable cloud systems over AWS – Mandatory

• Solid, practical expertise deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes – Mandatory
