IT Solution Architect

We are building a next-generation autonomous systems platform deployed across cloud and air-gapped environments, supporting real-time operations and complex hardware-software integration. The IT Solution Architect plays a key role in bridging R&D and real-world operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our systems are successfully deployed, installed, and operational in customer environments . This is not a traditional IT role—it's a hands-on engineering position focused on system delivery, networking, and field readiness of advanced software platforms.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in IT, system engineering, or deployment-focused roles • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, etc.) • Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and environments • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex software systems • Ability to diagnose issues across multiple layers: application, system, and network • Strong problem-solving skills and a field-oriented, ownership mindset Nice to Have • Experience with on-premise and air-gapped environments • Familiarity with containers and modern deployment technologies • Background working with distributed or real-time systems • Experience supporting field operations or customer-facing deployments
