We are looking for an experienced Data Science Team Lead to join our organization and drive the development of innovative Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that directly influence business performance.

This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, hands-on technical work, and strategic business impact while leading end-to-end AI initiatives in a complex business ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Manage and mentor a team of 4 Data Scientists and 1 Data Engineer

• Provide professional guidance, coaching, and technical leadership

• Introduce and implement new technologies, methodologies, and best practices

• Prioritize workload and support team growth and development

Own the End-to-End ML Lifecycle

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Machine Learning models

• Work closely with business stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing teams, to translate strategic objectives into data-driven solutions

• Ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of predictive models and analytical products

Drive Innovation in Generative AI

• Lead the team's Generative AI and LLM initiatives

• Identify business opportunities for AI-driven transformation

• Design and implement advanced solutions leveraging Large Language Models and emerging AI technologies

• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and bring innovative ideas into production

Leadership Experience

• experience managing Data Science teams

• Proven track record of leading analytical teams and driving significant technological initiatives

Professional Experience

• experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

• Extensive hands-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models, including:

• Predictive Modeling

• Classification Models

• Customer Analytics

• Recommendation Systems and related ML applications

Generative AI Expertise

• Deep understanding of Generative AI ecosystems

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

• Experience with modern ML and AI frameworks and tools
