Research Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on R&D Team Lead to join a dynamic development team. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage a team of developers

• Drive end-to-end delivery of development projects

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Oversee ongoing maintenance and support of existing systems

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing development teams (hands-on leadership)

• 4+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Next.

• Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend architecture

• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end

• Solid experience working with AWS environments

• Experience in making architectural decisions and leading technical directions
