We're looking for our first Product Design Lead to help shape the future of Pi's product experience. This is a rare opportunity to build the design foundation of a complex, agentic security platform from the ground up. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, influence product direction at the earliest stages, and own the user experience end-to-end. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys simplifying complex security and AI-driven workflows, and wants to have a meaningful impact in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the product design function at Pi.

• Turn complex security and agentic workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence product direction and strategy.

• Build and evolve our design system, patterns, and product UX foundations.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across the full product lifecycle.

• Conduct user research and gather product feedback to deeply understand user needs.

• Help establish a strong product and design culture across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or security industry.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.

• Comfortable owning the entire design process in a startup or small-team environment.

• Able to move between high-level strategy and pixel-perfect execution.

• Collaborative, curious, and able to communicate design decisions clearly.
