About the Job

We are looking for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager for a defense systems manufacturing plant within the Missile Systems Division. This is a key role leading the ILS domain across complex, multi-system defense projects supporting sea, land, and air defense solutions.

What the Role Includes:

• Managing end-to-end ILS programs from proposal stage through execution and program ramp-up

• Managing customer requirements, implementation, and oversight of subcontractor activities

• Participating in design reviews and influencing system design with a focus on maintainability and supportability

• Defining maintenance concepts tailored to customer requirements, including recommendations for maintenance levels and repair strategies

• Planning, defining, and delivering spare parts, special test equipment (STE), and support equipment across projects

• Managing infrastructure requirements for maintenance levels, spare parts lists, and test/support equipment

• Leading the preparation and delivery of technical documentation and customer training in Israel and abroad

• Working closely with multiple interfaces including customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and business/program managers

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory

• At least 4 years of experience in ILS / systems maintenance engineering – mandatory

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and strong interpersonal skills – mandatory

• Experience in technical writing and editing of documentation such as SOWs, customer reviews, marketing materials, and proposals – mandatory

• Very high level of technical English – mandatory

• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory

• Background in maintenance roles during military service – significant advantage
