Job Description:

• Gather and define business requirements, analyze them, and author detailed business and technical specification documents.

• Guide and support development and QA teams throughout the entire lifecycle until successful deployment/implementation.

• Analyze core organizational processes, system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.

• Update documentation in response to required changes and monitor design/planning documents.

• Understand business requirements to identify needs, gaps, and potential risks.

• Support and lead projects on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM Systems Analysis OR experience in Siebel Development.

• Proven experience in writing both business and technical characterization documents (specs).

• Experience in profiling and designing interfaces facing infrastructure systems.

• Experience working with the Siebel system – Advantage.
