Tech Lead

Description We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Leader to join our team and take ownership of the company's technology infrastructure, business systems, and automation processes.

The role combines hands-on technical work with project leadership, system integration, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple technologies and projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role.

• Extensive work with automation tools (Make/N8N) and integrating different systems.

• Extensive work with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage), including Flow configuration and system characterization.

• Working with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor websites.

• Managing technology and product projects.

• Analytical thinking and report building.

• Managing and maintaining Linux-based cloud environments, including AWS (EC2, Security Groups, Route 53), Azure, and DigitalOcean.

• Managing domains and DNS configurations.

• Working with PostgreSQL and message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).

• Experience with automation platforms and system integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and technologies simultaneously.

• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script).

• Experience managing cloud telephony systems.

• Experience with Google Workspace.
