23315 - Manual QA Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team and own the manual testing of iCloud Drive and its client applications across iOS and macOS.

In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and user experience of file synchronization, storage, and sharing features used by millions of users worldwide. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, identify defects before they reach customers, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haifa. This is a 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for iCloud Drive features across iOS and macOS.

• Validate file synchronization, storage, sharing, and overall user experience.

• Identify, document, and track software defects with clear and detailed bug reports.

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to investigate issues and ensure timely resolutions.

• Contribute to improving QA processes and maintaining high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Profile description:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.

• Hands-on experience testing iOS and/or macOS applications.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and the bug lifecycle.

• Excellent attention to detail with a user-centric approach to quality.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Good command of English, with the ability to write clear bug reports, test documentation, and communicate effectively within a global team.
