Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow co-founders to articulate and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.

• Lead the formulation and execution of the company's product plan, encompassing market analysis, product development, and go-to-market strategy.

• Determine and prioritize product features and enhancements through thorough market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Champion a customer-centric ethos throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our offerings consistently meet and exceed the needs of our target audience.

• Spearhead the assembly and management of a top-tier team, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and ongoing employee development initiatives.

• Foster strategic alliances and partnerships to fuel the company's expansion and elevate its market presence.
