NOC Engineer- Student Position

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our growing TechOPS team.

The position consists of 4 shifts a week on nights and weekends in our R&D Center in Petach Tikva.

This position provides a great opportunity to enter the high-tech world and relevant for for students and graduates of technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities include debugging complex technical issues, investigating logs, writing SQL queries and monitoring our services.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).

• At least two years of academic studies remaining.

• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least three-night shifts per week (mandatory).

• Proven experience working with SQL and a solid understanding of programming languages (mandatory).

• Knowledge of network monitoring concepts and familiarity with relevant tools such as Coralogix, Grafana, Datadog, Postman, and Jira.

• Strong team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
