Solution Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a member of the delivery group, a part of the R&D Department, and work closely with both the R&D and customer success teams. It is a customer-facing position that requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. You will lead technical discussions with customers regarding architecture, deployment, and system integration. In this role, you will implement a cutting-edge product built on a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture and deployed using automation tools such as Ansible. In addition, you will serve as the technical escalation point for infrastructure and deployment-related issues, taking ownership of complex challenges encountered during deployment or in customer production environments. The ideal candidate is expected to analyze root causes, drive troubleshooting efforts, and work closely with customers as well as internal deployment and engineering teams to design, implement, and validate scalable, long-term solutions that improve future deployments and operational stability.

Requirements: • Deep understanding of Linux & bash • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of networks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Strong interpersonal skills • Delivery oriented with proactive attitude • Fluent English – both verbal and written Nice to have skills: • Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc • Experience with SW deployment and customer facing • Experience with implementing VPNs and firewalls
