abra Cloud Division is looking for an AI Adoption & AI Solutions Consultant We're looking for a business-oriented AI professional who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding business processes, and helping organizations successfully adopt AI. This role combines customer consulting, AI adoption, business process analysis, workshops, enablement, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting customers, discovering business challenges, identifying AI opportunities, designing practical AI adoption plans, and helping organizations successfully implement and embrace AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI discovery engagements with customer organizations. • Meet with executives, managers, business stakeholders, and employees to understand existing workflows and identify productivity opportunities. • Analyze business processes and identify practical AI use cases. • Design AI adoption roadmaps and implementation plans. • Lead Microsoft Copilot adoption programs, including readiness assessments, rollout planning, governance, enablement, and organizational adoption. • Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and end-user training sessions. • Lead organizational AI adoption and change management initiatives. • Support customers throughout the entire journey—from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption. • Collaborate with Microsoft Cloud Architects and technical teams on advanced AI scenarios. • Continuously explore new AI models, Microsoft AI capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements: • Approximately 3–6 years of experience in AI adoption, solution consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, implementation, customer success, organizational consulting, training, or related customer-facing roles. • Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, or end users. • Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into practical AI solutions. • Experience facilitating workshops, AI discovery sessions, enablement programs, or customer training. • Experience leading organizational change and AI adoption initiatives. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Passion for AI and curiosity to continuously learn new models, tools, and technologies. • High level of English. Advantage • Hands-on experience building AI agents, AI automations, workflow orchestrations, or business process automations. • Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools. • Experience connecting AI solutions using APIs, JSON, Webhooks, connectors, or system integrations. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, or the Microsoft Power Platform. • Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development environments. • Basic scripting or development experience (Python, JavaScript, APIs, SQL, REST). • Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, or LLM-based solutions. • Background in Product Management, Technical Consulting, Business Analysis, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Organizational Consulting, or Implementation. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
