About the role:

We are looking for a Director of Product to join our Product team.

In this role, you will drive execution across key product areas, working closely with R&D to turn strategy into shipped capabilities, and with field teams to validate direction against real customer needs. You'll own delivery, not just roadmap.

Requirements:

• Cybersecurity domain expertise in on-prem and hybrid environments

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, including leading and mentoring PMs

• Proven ability to ship AI-powered or AI-native product capabilities

• Strong technical foundation, able to work effectively with engineering teams

• Experience working with global enterprise customers across complex environments

• Familiarity with security validation, penetration testing, or attack simulation concepts

• Background in high-growth, fast-moving organizations
