If you’re a Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise and experience working with complex, business-critical systems, this is an opportunity to make an organization-wide impact and lead professional standards across the .NET development domain.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience developing with ASP.NET / .NET Core – mandatory

• Recent hands-on experience with WebForms – mandatory

• Significant experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale, business-critical Legacy systems

• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL Server, including complex queries and performance optimization

• Experience professionally leading developers in an Agile environment, including Code Reviews, Best Practices, and Design

• Ability to influence technology direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
