Backend AI Developer

A leading organization is looking for a creative and technically skilled team member for a role combining development and research in the field of Generative AI.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for building LLM-based products, developing autonomous AI Agents capable of executing sequences of actions and communicating with external systems, advanced Prompt Engineering (System Prompts, Chain-of-Thought), building RAG systems to connect models to organizational knowledge, writing code in Python, researching and implementing new AI technologies, and performing Evaluation of model outputs and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science – Mandatory

• 2 years of hands-on experience in development or data analysis, with a strong and proven focus on working with LLMs during the past year – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Python and high-level coding skills – Mandatory

• Experience writing complex SQL queries for data preparation for models and analysis of results – Mandatory

• In-depth knowledge of the GenAI ecosystem, with proven experience in advanced Prompt Engineering, working with models such as GPT, Claude, and Open Source models, and understanding their capabilities and limitations

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent libraries/frameworks for building LLM applications
