Backend Chapter Lead

COMBLACK is looking for a Backend Chapter Lead!

If you’re a Tech Lead with deep technical expertise and experience working with complex, mission-critical systems, this is an opportunity to make an organization-wide impact and lead professional standards across the .NET ecosystem.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core – mandatory

• Recent hands-on experience with WebForms – mandatory

• Significant experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale, mission-critical Legacy systems

• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL Server, including complex queries and performance optimization

• Experience providing technical leadership to developers in an Agile environment, including Code Reviews, Best Practices, and Design

• Ability to influence technological direction and drive professional development standards

• Ability to integrate AI capabilities and tools into development processes
