Job Description:

• Developing and building voice and text-based AI agents on the Wonderful platform.

• Designing and building Conversation Flows.

• Developing integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs.

• Connecting AI agents to core systems, external services, and information sources.

• Writing Prompts and developing the agent's business and execution logic.

• Integrating Tools, Function Calling, and Agent Orchestration capabilities.

• Managing the agent's Context, Sessions, and Memory.

• Performing Debugging, Troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Collaborating with Development, Architecture, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Backend development experience.

• Experience developing with one of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.

• Experience developing REST APIs and system integrations.

• Experience working with JSON.

• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with Generative AI.

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, or Claude.

• Experience with Prompt Engineering.

• Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agents; independent/self-directed experience is also acceptable.

• Understanding of Context Management, Sessions, and Memory.

• Experience developing Chatbots or Voice Bots – a significant advantage.
