Requirements: • 4+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python. • Proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining high-throughput microservices, data pipelines, and distributed architectures. • Extensive experience with high-throughput message brokers (e.g., Apache Pulsar, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Solid hands-on experience with relational, distributed, and non-relational databases (e.g., TiDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis, Galera). • Strong experience working in public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, OCI), Linux operating systems, and web infrastructure (HTTP, APIs, crawling mechanisms). • A people-oriented team player with strong soft skills, creative problem-solving, task prioritization, and fluent English (written and spoken).
