Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineer, joining the foundational Core Infrastructure team reporting directly to the Team Lead.
• Taking cross-functional technical ownership over the foundational cloud platforms, data processing backbones, and shared services supporting all company products.
• Designing and building high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure components primarily using Python, supporting massive transaction volumes.
• Operating, scaling, and automating containerized workloads on Kubernetes (K8s) utilizing Helm and cloud-native orchestration tools.
• Architecting resilient data pipelines and distributed streaming workflows on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging Apache Beam and enterprise Big Data technologies.
• Managing, tuning, and optimizing persistent data layers across relational systems, specifically PostgreSQL, alongside modern distributed storage engines.
• Driving high reliability, automated observability, and developer velocity across cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements-
• 5+ years of hands-on backend or infrastructure software development experience utilizing Python, Node.js, Go, or C# – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (K8s) (cluster operations, deployments, and workload management) – Mandatory
• Solid practical experience with Cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred / AWS) – Mandatory
• Strong background working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, and performance tuning) – Mandatory
• Experience with Big Data processing frameworks or streaming pipelines (such as Apache Beam, Kafka, or Spark) – Significant Advantage
• Hands-on proficiency with Helm, Infrastructure as Code, and modern CI/CD automation – Advantage
• Prior engineering background within Cybersecurity, FinTech, Identity Management, or high-scale distributed platforms – Advantage
